Executive and leadership coaching is typically provided to professionals in leadership or executive positions, including managers, directors, and c-suite. However, this coaching helps all professionals develop their leadership competencies, such as emerging leaders who are transitioning into a leadership role.

At the heart of it all, you and your coach will establish a confidential, dynamic, and evolving relationship, where you co-creating insights and solutions to your challenges and growth barriers. A growth journey requires a commitment and an investment of time and energy inside and outside the sessions. The coaching program will act as a springboard for transformation or growth.
The purpose of coaching is essentially creating sustainable behavior change, and achieving this typically requires 6-12 months where you will meet with your coach anywhere between 1-4 times a month. Of course the duration and frequency will depend on the program requirements, development gap, among other factors.
